Ultherapy

Ultherapy

$1,900 for Full Face

Ultherapy is the only FDA-cleared non-invasive treatment for lifting and tightening the face, neck, and brow. Where most energy-based treatments work on the skin’s surface or upper dermis, Ultherapy goes deeper—targeting the same foundational layer of tissue addressed in surgical facelifts, known as the SMAS. The result is genuine structural lifting without incisions, anesthesia, or recovery time.

How It Works

Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound energy to deliver precise heat to depths of 1.5mm, 3mm, and 4.5mm.  At 4.5mm—the deepest level—it reaches the SMAS layer, stimulating a robust collagen and elastin response at the very foundation that supports facial structure. A real-time ultrasound imaging system allows the provider to visualize the tissue being treated and ensure energy is delivered exactly where it will have the greatest impact.

What It Treats

Ultherapy is purpose-built for laxity and loss of definition. Patients see meaningful improvement in jowling, a softened jawline, loose or crepey skin on the neck, hooding of the brow, and the gradual downward shift of facial contours that come with age. It is also effective for tightening skin beneath the chin and improving the overall firmness and tone of the décolletage.

Customizable to Every Patient

Treatment plans are tailored to each patient.  The number of lines delivered, the depths targeted, and the areas treated are all adjusted based on where laxity is most pronounced and what degree of lifting the patient is looking to achieve. Patients in their late thirties or forties who are beginning to see early looseness may require fewer lines and a more targeted approach, while patients with more advanced laxity can benefit from a comprehensive full-face and neck protocol.

What to Expect

A full face and neck treatment takes approximately 60–90 minutes. There is no downtime.  Some patients experience mild redness, swelling, or temporary tenderness in treated areas, all of which resolve within a day or two.

Results

Ultherapy works by triggering the body’s own collagen-building process.  Results develop gradually over 2–6 months and continue to improve as new collagen matures. Most patients achieve their optimal result at the six-month mark and can expect their results to last approximately 2 years.  A single treatment is often sufficient, but best results are been with a series of 3 treatments spread one month apart.
